Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je návrh projektu zameraný na zefektívnenie a štandardizáciu procesov na stredisku recyklácie vo vybranej spoločnosti. Analyzované procesy sa týkali predovšetkým internej logistiky, ako je manipulácia s materiálmi, skladovania a samotnej recyklácie plastových materiálov. Abstract:
The aim of this master thesis is a project proposal aimed at streamlining and standardizing processes at the recycling center in a selected company. The analyzed processes mainly concerned internal logistics, such as material handling, warehousing and recycling of plastic materials.
