The Vehicular Safety of Security Crews During Money Transfers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Automobilová bezpečnost posádek při převozu peněz" se zabývá ve své teoretické části aktivní i pasívní bezpečností dvoustopého vozidla. Sou-částí teoretické části je i teoretické přiblížení jedné z nejdůležitějších součásti vozidla, kterou je airbag. V praktické části práce je popisován postup výroby aktivního prvku air-bagu se zaměřením na pyrotechnický iniciátor tvořený skleněným zátavem a zažehovací a zesilovací složí vlisovanou do kovového kalíšku (angl. glass-to-metal sealed squib), (dále jen GTMS), včetně jeho začlenění do aktivní části airbagu a činnosti v inflátorech. V praktické části práce je prezentována struktura a kompletace modulu airbagu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on the topic "The vehicular safety of security crews during money trans-fers" who are interested in their theoretical parts of active and passive safety of two-wheeled vehicle. The theoretical part also includes theoretical approaches from potential vehicles, such as an airbag. The practical part focuses on the production of active airbag elements with a focus on the pyrotechnic initiator made from a glass-to-metal sealed header and pyrotechnic charges pressed into a metal cup, (hereinafter referred to as GTMS), including its integration into the active parts of the airbag and operation in inflators. The practical part of the work presents the system and assembly of the airbag module.
