Práce se zabývá vlivem transkripčního regulátoru FnrP na geny energetického metabolismu bakterie Paracoccus denitrificans. Studované geny byly vybrány na základě bioinformatické kontroly na přítomnost Fnr boxu. Výzkum proběhl především na úrovni transkripce pomocí RT-qPCR. The thesis is focused on the impact of the FnrP transcription regulator on energy metabolism-related genes of the Paracoccus denitrificans bacterium. The studied genes were chosen based on bioinformatic confirmation of presence of the Fnr-box. The research was performed mostly at the level of transcription using RT-qPCR.
