Abstract:
Vybraným tématem bakalářské práce je řízení zásob ve vybraném podniku. Hlavním smyslel je zhodnotit současný přístup k řízení zásob vybraného podniku a na základě zvolených metod a postupů navrhnout strategii, která povede k optimalizaci.
