Tématem práce jsou dvě ze základních zásad pracovního práva, a to zásada smluvní volnosti a zásada rovného zacházení. The theme of the thesis is two of the basic principles of labour law, namely the principle of freedom of contract and the principle of equal treatment. The thesis analyzes their mutual conflict and influence, while outlines the theoretical approaches for resolving their conflict, which are mainly equity, proportionality and flexicurity.
