Diplomová práce analyzuje aspekty, které mají vliv na kvalitní přípravu závěrečné zkoušky Výpravčí. V teoretické části je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávacího programu Správy železniční dopravní cesty, s.o. a také na moderní didaktické prostředky, které lze v tomto programu využít. The thesis analyses the aspects, which affect the quality preparation of final exam dispatcher.
