Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na aplikaci metody SMED na úzké místo konfekční stroj výroby OTR plášťů ve společnosti MITAS, a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická výcho-diska oblasti průmyslového inženýrství a jeho metod jako např. SMED, jež se stala zákla-dem celé práce, na základě kterých jsou zpracovány další části práce. V analytické části je představena společnost a oblast zaměření práce, následuje analýza současného stavu vý-měny membrán na konfekčním stroji a návrhy řešení. Poslední část práce je projektová část, kde je stanoven způsob, jakým dosáhnout zkrácení doby výměny.

Abstract:

This work is focused on application of the method SMED on a bottleneck ready-making machine OTR tires in MITAS, Inc. The theoretical part deals with theoretical basis of in-dustrial engineering and its methods such as for example SMED. Based on these methods are processed next parts of the work. In the analytic section are the company and the focus of the work introduced. The following parts of analytic section are analysis of a current state of exchange membranes on the ready-made machinery and the proposed solutions. The last part is the project part, where the ways to shorten the time of exchange are pro-vide.
