Pore detection in protein molecules
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to study the algorithm for detection of pores in protein molecules - PoreWalker. The theoretical part describes the structure of proteins with a focus on transmembrane proteins. The practical part describes the actual implementation and integration into CAVER Analyst application.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce bolo štúdium algoritmu na detekciu pórov v molekulách proteínov - PoreWalker. V teoretickej časti popisuje štruktúru proteínov so zameraním na transmembránové proteíny. V praktickej časti popisuje vlastnú implementáciu a integráciu do aplikácie CAVER Analyst.
