Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou dodatečného povolování staveb, které jsou umístěny v rozporu se stavebním a územním rozhodnutím. V úvodu práce jsou podrobně rozebrány jednotlivé části zákona č. 183/2006 Sb., stavební zákon, které svým obsahem a složitostí určují podmínky a povinnosti stavebního povolovací řízení.
