Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem nezaměstnanosti, konkrétně matek s nezletilými dětmi. Jejich preferencemi a motivací uplatnit se na trhu práce. Zkoumá podmínky, možnosti a různé přístupy žen při výběru vhodného pracovního místa. Zaměřuje se na rozbor možných příčin nezaměstnanosti žen, právě v souvislosti s jejich rolí matky. This diploma thesis deals with the problem of unemployment, namely unemployment of mothers with minor children, their preferences and motivation to assert themselves at the labour market. It studies conditions, opportunities and different attitudes of women when choosing a convenient job.
