Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta po transplantaci srdce s mechanickou srdeční podporou. V teoretické části je popisována historie transplantací srdce a základní pojmy s tímto výkonem spojené. The topic of this bachelor thesis is nursing care of patients after heart transplantation with mechanical heart support. In theoretical part the history of heart transplantations and basic terms are described.
