Stress factors in nurses in the operating room

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění nejčastějších příčin stresových faktorů působících na perioperační sestry na operačním sále. Zároveň se zabývá nepříjemnými dopady stresu na jejich fyzickou a psychickou stránku. Teoretická část popisuje stres, zaobírá se jeho vlivem na zdraví, nejčastějšími stresory vyskytujícími se na pracovišti a relaxačními metodami, kterými se dají zmírnit či eliminovat zdravotní rizika spojená se stresem. Výzkumná část analyzuje pomocí dotazníku rizikové faktory životního stylu, nejčastější stresové faktory, které způsobují fyzickou a psychickou zátěž u perioperačních sester a formy relaxace, které volí k odstranění nahromaděného stresu.

Abstract:

The bachelor assignment focuses on investigating the most common causes of stress factors affecting scrub nurses at operating theatres.In addition, it deals with negative effects of stress on their physical and mental well-being. The theoretical part describes stress and its effects on health, the most common stress factors present at work places and relaxing methods, which can ease or eliminate risks connected with stress. The research part, which uses the method of questionnaire, analyses life styles, the most common stress factors causing physical and mental load in scrub nurses and ways of relaxing selected to eliminate accumulated stress.
