Bakalářská práce se zabývá pěstováním semenáčků Arabidopsis thaliana pod LED zdrojem záření o různých vlnových délkách a teplotách světla ve dvou odlišných substrátech. Diferencované růstové podmínky k pěstování Arabidopsis thaliana byly vyhodnocovány biometrickými metodami (délka stonku a kořene, listová plocha, hmotnost sušiny, pigmentace). Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with growing early growth stages of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings under LED light source with different wavelengths and light temperatures in two different substrates. Differentiated growth conditions for growing Arabidopsis thaliana were evaluated by biometric methods (stem and root length, leaf area, dry weight, pigmentation).
