Tato bakalářská práce má za úkol představit problematiku poruch spánku u seniorů v primární péči. Teoretická část se zabývá historií, spánkem v životě člověka, fyziologickým spánkem, definuje nejčastější poruchy spánku u seniorů, dále je zde popsána diagnostika a léčba spánkových poruch. This Bachelor thesis is concerned with a dilemma of senior's parahypnosis in primary care. Theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to history, sleep in human life, physiological sleep, also defines the most frequent senior's parahypnosis and further is also described diagnostics and treatment of parahypnosis.
