Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro restauraci. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání, podnikatelského plánu a společného stravování. Praktická část je tvořena samotným podnikatelským záměrem se všemi potřebnými náležitostmi. Cílem podnikatelského záměru je založení fungující společnosti.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is processing of business plan for restaurant. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of business, business plan and catering. The practical part consists of the business plan itself with all the necessary elements. The aim of the business plan is to establish a functioning company.
