Epigenetic regulation of plant transposable elements
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji transponovatelným elementům, jedná se o úseky DNA se schopností transpozice. Rozdělují se do dvou tříd podle mechanismu přesunu. Do první třídy se řadí retrotranspozony využívající k transpozici reverzní transkriptázu, do třídy druhé patří DNA transpozony měnící polohu pomocí enzymu transponázy. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on transposable elements, which are DNA segments with transposition ability. They are divided into two classes according to the transposition process. The first class includes retrotransposons using reverse transcriptase for transposition, the second class includes DNA transposons transponating with transposase enzyme.
