World Class Manufacturing in professional maintenance

Abstract:

Každá firma má svůj specifický způsob řízení, jako celku, tak i svých jednotlivých oddělení. V diplomové práci jsou využity mé vlastní zkušenosti ve firmě Marelli v oblasti profesionální údržby. Diplomová práce se věnuje zajištění výkonosti montážních linek. Zajištění funkčnosti technologie a bezporuchovosti výrobní linky je jedním z důležitých cílů World Class Manufacturing (WCM) v profesionální údržbě. Diplomová práce se věnuje zmapování procesů, nalezení kritických míst výroby a zjištění jejich kořenových příčin. Zavedení procesů profesionální údržby, které by vedly nejenom ke zvýšení výkonnosti montážní linky, ale i k efektivnějšímu využití zdrojů a úspoře nákladů. Cílem diplomové práce, je na základě provedených analýz navržení opatření, která by významným způsobem předcházela vzniku technických poruch zařízení. Výstupem navrhovaných opatření je finanční úspora a kladné promítnutí do hodnot ukazatelů KPI - Key Performance Indicators.

Abstract:

Every company has its own specific way of management, as a whole, as well as its individual departments. My own experience is used in the diploma thesis in the company Marelli in the field of professional maintenance. The diploma thesis focuses on ensuring the performance of assembly lines. Ensuring the functionality of the technology and the reliability of the production line is one of the important goals of World Class Manufacturing in professional maintenance. The diploma thesis deals with process mapping, finding critical production points and finding out their root causes. Implementation of professional maintenance processes that would lead not only to increased assembly line efficiency, but also to more efficient use of resources and cost savings. The aim of the diploma thesis is based on the analysis to proposal arrangement that would significantly prevent the emergence of technical failures. The output of the proposal arrangement is financial savings and a positive impact on the values of KPI - Key Performance Indicators.
