Suggestion for reinforcement of competitive position of the regional travel agency
Abstract:
Práce posuzuje konkurenční pozici vybraného podniku na trhu analýzou relevantních prvků makro i mikro prostředí. Výsledky slouží jako podklad pro identifikaci nedostatků. Návrhy na řešení vedou k celkovému zlepšení konkurenční pozice firmy. Veškeré poznatky jsou aplikovány na konkrétní CK.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis focused on the competitive position of the selected company in the case of the market analysis of relevant elements of the macro and micro environment. The results are used for the base of deficits` identification. A proposal of the solution leads the total improvement of the competitive position of the company. All knowledge is applied to a specific travel agency.
