The Protection of the Ownership in Roman Law and in Present Time
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu ochrany vlastnickho práva. Vlastnické právo je dáno jako právo základní. Práce se zabývá komparací legislativních úprav ochrany vlastnického práva. Základem ochrany vlastnického práva jsou žaloby a práce popisuje jaké jsou základní chrakteristiky jednotlivých žalob.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with topis Protection of the ownership rights. The ownership rights is declared as a basic right. The thesis deals with the comparison of legal regulation of ownership rights protection. Action are base of the ownership right protection and the thesis describes fundamental characteristics of each action.
