Obsahem diplomové práce na téma „Obec a daňová exekuce v praxi“ je rozbor jednotlivých způsobů daňové exekuce, jak je nabízí zákon č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a poukázání na výhody a nevýhody jejich praktické aplikace. The content of the thesis on "The municipality and the tax execution in practice" is an analysis of the various types of tax execution, as quoted by the act no. 280/2009 Coll., Tax Code, as amended, and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of their practical application.
