Reimbursement of healthcare sought abroad in the EC law
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám velmi aktuálním a přesto opomíjeným tématem proplácení zdravotní péče vyhledané v zahraničí v právu ES. Práce je zaměřena na judikaturu Evropského soudního dvora, ve které soud mnohdy překračuje své pravomoci. Zohledňuji také praktické dopady judikatury na Českou republiku a možné kroky v budoucnu.
Abstract:
In my thesis I am concerned with Reimbursement of health care sought abroad in the EC law. Although it is very actual topic, there is a lack of interest in dealing with it. My work is focused on the practice od the European Court of Justice, who gets over its competence. I am also taking the practical impact on the situation in the Czech republic into account.
