Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím umělých neuronových sítí pro klasifikaci obrazu skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu. Jejím cílem je vytvoření nástroje pro automatickou detekci vad obrazu, konkrétně rozostření a astigmatismu, který bude možné využít v rámci automatizačního testovacího frameworku pro regresní testování mikroskopu. This thesis deals with the use of artificial neural networks for the classification of scanning electron microscope images. Its aim is to create a tool for automatic detection of image defects, namely defocus and astigmatism, which can be used as part of an automation testing framework for microscope regression testing.
