Web application for quality trend visualization of biomacromolecules and ligands
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the creation of a web application for quality trend visualisation of biomacromolecules and ligands. Thesis uses theoretical basics to explain its meaning, describes visualized data, used technologies and the design, implementation and deployment of the application using MetaCloud.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vytvorením webovej aplikácie pre vizualizáciu trendov kvality biomakromolekúl a ligandov. Práca vysvetľuje teoretické základy pre pochopenie jej významu, popisuje zobrazované dáta a použité technológie a opisuje návrh, implementáciu a nasadenie aplikácie v prostredí cloudu MetaCentra.
