Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je otázka edukace k diverzifikovanému rodičovství, konkrétně ke třetímu rodičovství, se zaměřením na roli nevlastních matek. S rostoucím počtem rozvodů vzniká stále více komponovaných rodin a s nimi také narůstajících problémů, kterým musí nevlastní rodiče v komponovaných rodinách čelit. Práce má teoreticko empirický charakter a zabývá se především třetím rodičovstvím, zejména pak nevlastním mateřstvím, jeho rolí, úlohou, právy, ale i povinnostmi a úskalími, se kterým se nevlastní matky v komponované rodině běžně setkávají. Závěr teoretické části práce se zabývá možnostmi edukace k třetímu rodičovství a to na třech úrovních; a to na úrovni formálního vzdělávání, na úrovni neformálního vzdělávání a i na úrovni nformálního učení. V úvodu empirické části práce je popsán cíl výzkumu, jenž má zjistit, jaká témata by měla být obsahem edukace, kterou by uvítaly nevlastní matky, dále je zde popsán výzkumný problém, cílová skupina respondentů a metodologie výzkumu. Výzkum má kvalitativní design, sběr výzkumných dat bude realizován metodou polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů, metodou životního příběhu a metodou terénních poznámek výzkumníka. Výzkumná data budou analyzována interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzou (IPA) a budou interpretována narativní cestou. V závěrečné kapitole práce její autorka interpretuje výzkumná data získaná vlastním výzkumem a porovnává je s odbornými názory z řad psychologů a sociologů. A zároveň sama k diskutovaným tématům vyjadřuje svůj vlastní názor. V samotném závěru bakalářské práce je na základě získaných informací z výzkumu, uvedeno doporučení pro edukační praxi.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the issue of education for diversified parenting, specifically for third parenting, with a focus on the role of stepmothers. With the increasing number of divorces, more and more composite families are emerging and with them also increasing problems that stepparents in composite families have to face. The work has a theoretical-empirical character and deals primarily with third parenthood, especially stepmotherhood, its role, role, rights, but also duties and pitfalls that stepmothers in a composite family commonly encounter. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the work, deals with the possibilities of education for third parenthood at three levels; namely at the level of formal education, at the level of informal education and also at the level of informal learning. In the introduction of the empirical part of the work, the goal of the research is described, which is to find out what topics should be the content of education that would be welcomed by stepmothers, the research problem, the target group of respondents and the research methodology are also described here. The research has a qualitative design, the collection of research data will be carried out by the method of semi-structured interviews, the method of life story and the method of field notes of the researcher. The research data will be analyzed by interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA) and will be interpreted in a narrative way. In the final chapter of the work, its author interprets research data obtained through her own research and compares them with expert opinions from psychologists and sociologists. And at the same time, she herself expresses her own opinion on the discussed topics. In the very conclusion of the bachelor's thesis, based on the information obtained from the research, recommendations for educational practice are given.
