Abstract:
Práce se zabývá zneužitím trhu. Účelem je seznámit čtenáře se současnou právní úpravou v oblasti kapitálových trhů se zaměřením se na oblast regulace zneužívání trhu. Vzhledem k povaze právní úpravy je práce zaměřena především na popis nové unijní úpravy v podobě Nařízení o zneužívání trhu, ale také na tuzemskou právní úpravu, a to především do příslušných změn v souladu s unijní úpravou. The thesis deals with the topic of market abuse. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the reader with the current legislation on capital markets with a particular emphasis on the area of regulation of market abuse.
