Předmětem bakalářské práce „Srovnání kvality služeb internetového bankovnictví v nabídce komerčních bank ČR“ je srovnání vybraných služeb poskytovaných zvolenými bankami. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky týkající se internetového bankovnictví, zejména pak jeho zabezpečení.
