Abstract:
Obezita je multifaktoriální onemocnění, které patří mezi civilizační choroby. Obezita může hrát roli v patogenezi jiných, závažných onemocnění jako je infarkt myokardu, diabetes mellitus II. typu nebo také rakovina. Mastné kyseliny, které jak se ukázalo, lze detekovat na jazyku pomoci specifických receptorů, CD36 a GPCRs.
