Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání dvou platforem umožňujících tvorbu chatbotů,což jsou programy schopné komunikovat s člověkem skrze textové rozhraní. Konkrétněse jedná o platformy Watson Assistant od společnosti IBM a Conversational AI od SAP. Prvnímcílem stanoveným pro práci je seznámení se s oblastí chatbotů v umělé inteligenci. Tomuse věnuje první kapitola, ve které jsou nastíněny definice umělé inteligence a její stručná historie,a kapitola druhá, seznamující čtenáře s chatboty samotnými, jejich typy a podnikovýmvyužitím. Druhým cílem je seznámení se s výše zmiňovanými platformami pro tvorbu chatbotů.Těm se věnuje třetí kapitola, hlavně jejich funkcionalitám a postupu tvorby chatbota.Cílem třetím je teoretické a praktické porovnání obou platforem. Teoretické porovnání je provedenove zmiňované třetí kapitole a na to praktické porovnání je zaměřena kapitola pátá,která se věnuje tvorbě testovacího chatbota na obou platformách. Jeho návrh byl popsánv kapitole čtvrté. Závěrečná část práce je naplněním posledního cíle, konkrétně vyzkoušenívytvořených chatbotů při konverzaci s lidmi. V ní je popsáno testování s uživateli pomocítestovacích scénářů a také vlastní testování, porovnávající vytvořené chatboty při zpracováníproblémových vstupů.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on comparison of two platforms which are used for buildingchatbots, programs able to communicate with humans through text interface. Specifically,these are Watson Assistant developed by IBM and Conversational AI by SAP. First goal definedfor the thesis is to get acquainted with the chatbots field in artificial intelligence. That isdone in the first chapter which outlines definitions of artificial intelligence and its brief historyas well as in the second chapter which acquaints the reader with the chatbots themselves,their types and use in business. Second goal is acquainting with the aforementioned chatbotbuilding platforms. The third chapter concentrates on these, especially their functionalitiesand the procedure of building a chatbot. The third goal is theoretical and practical comparisonof both platforms. Theoretical comparison is conducted in the above mentioned thirdchapter and on the practical one focuses the fifth chapter, which describes build process ofa test chatbot on both platforms. Its design was described in the fourth chapter. Final partof the thesis fulfils the last goal, namely testing of the created chatbots in conversation withpeople. This chapter describes the user testing using test scenarios as well as custom tests,which compares the created chatbots in processing problematic inputs.
