Bakalářská práce se zabývá definicí školního úrazu, zjišťováním příčin vzniku školních úrazů dětí, žáků a studentů, dále otázkou míry zavinění, vliv rodiny, školy a různých prevencí, až po statistické údaje. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, příslušnou legislativou, zkoumání příčin vzniku úrazu a možnostmi odškodnění vzniklých úrazů.
