Abstract:
Stigma vůči obézním osobám a osobám s nadváhou je četný a pervazivní fenomén, který může představovat riziko pro jedincovo psychické i tělesné fungování. Abstract:
This theoretical bachelor thesis deals with obesity stigma and consequences of this phenomenon for adult obese individuals. Obesity is explained with emphasis on its complications and comorbidity. Next, stigma is explained in its complexity and manifestations of stigma in everyday life is mentioned.
