Risk Analysis of Patient Evacuation from a Selected Hospital during a Fire

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rizik evakuace pacientů z vybraného objektu nemocnice při požáru a návrhem vhodných opatření, které povedou ke snížení identifikovaných rizik. V teoretické části má práce stručně objasnit základní pojmy související s oblastí řízení rizik, evakuace a požární ochrany. V části praktické je pomocí vybraných metod provedena riziková analýza průběhu evakuace pacientů z vybraného objektu. V této části jsou také navržena opatření pro minimalizaci identifikovaných rizik, která mohou výrazně zkomplikovat samotný průběh evakuace pacientů, a to jak mobilních, tak imobilních.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the risks of evacuation of patients from a selected hospital building during a fire and the proposal of appropriate measures that will lead to the reduction of the identified risks. In the theoretical part, the thesis aims to briefly explain the basic concepts related to the field of risk management, evacuation and fire protection. In the practical part, a risk analysis of the process of evacuation of patients from the selected building is performed using selected methods. In this part, measures are also proposed to minimize the identified risks that can significantly complicate the actual course of evacuation of patients, both mobile and immobile.
