Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá pojmem kvality přednemocniční neodkladné péče (PNP). Na základě zkušeností autorky z praxe ve zdravotnické záchranné službě analyzuje jednak samotný obsah pojmu kvalita a jednak účel její standardizace v tomto segmentu péče. This work deals with the concept of quality in emergency medical care (EMC). On the basis of author´s own experience in emergency medical service, it analyzes both the content of the concept and the purpose of its standardization in this scope of health care.
