Tato práce se zabývá specifickými okolnostmi výslechu dětí vyplývajícími zejména ze zvláštností dětské psychiky. V práci jsou uvedena jednotlivá vývojová období dítěte, problematika ovlivnitelnosti dětí, dále je nastíněn samotný průběh výslechu dětí. This thesis deals with unique conditions of children interrogations which are based mainly on the exceptionality of children psyche. The thesis presents individual evolutionary periods of children, considers the problems of suggestibility of children and the process of children‘s hearing.
