Animal Protection against Torture
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na současnou právní úpravu zabývající se ochranou zvířat proti týrání v České republice. Pro porovnání zmiňuji i zahraniční úpravu konkrétně švýcarskou, která je v tomto směru velice pokroková. Cílem této práce je rozebrat stávající právní úpravu a navrhnout možná řešení zjištěných nedostatků.
Abstract:
In my thesis I focus on current legislation that regulates animal protection against maltreatment in Czech Republic. For comparsion I mention foreign legislation specifically Swiss codification which is very progressive. The aim of this paper is to analyze regulation and propose possible solutions of identified deficiencies.
