Fashion Event Dotek for Non-profitable Organization Mamma Help

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nově nastoleného konceptu projektu Fashion Event Dotek 2017 a jeho vlivu na projekt v následujícím roce realizace. Cílem je zjistit, zda byly změny prospěšné pro další vývoj projektu, či nikoli. Teoretická část se zabývá neziskovým sektorem se zaměřením na marketingovou komunikaci a komunikační mix v souvislosti s módní akcí. Blíže specifikuje fashion marketing a pojmy spojené s projektovým řízením. Praktická část práce analyzuje neziskový projekt Fashion Event Dotek se zaměřením na podstatné změny v realizaci v kontinuitě s porovnáním realizace následného ročníku. Součástí praktické části je dotazník distribuovaný návštěvníkům projektu v Brně, jehož cílem je zjistit obecnou reakci na vývoj projektu a polostrukturovaný hloubkový rozhovor se současnou manažerkou projektu dotazující se na vliv změn na organizaci následujícího ročníku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the newly created concept of the Fashion Event Dotek 2017 project and its impact on the project in the following year of implementation. The aim is to find out whether the changes were beneficial for further development of the project or not. The theoretical part describes the non-profit sector concentrating on marketing communication and communication mix in relation to fashion event. It specifies in details fashion marketing and terms related to project management. The purpose of a practical part is to analyze Fashion Event Dotek project with a focus on significant changes in the implementation and comparison of it with the following year. Questionnaire distributed among the visitors of Fashion Event Dotek 2017 is included in the practical part and aims to find a general opinion on the project development. Lastly there is an interview with the current project manager focusing on the impact that the changes had on the organization during the next year.
