Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice vlivu teploty na uvolňování verapamil hydrochloridu z lipofilních matricových tablet. Matricové tablety obsahující kromě verapamil hydrochloridu také lipofilní retardant Compritol? 888 ATO, suché směsné pojivo Prosolv? Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to problematic of the effect of temperature on the release of verapamil hydrochloride from lipophilic matrix tablets. Matrix tablets containing verapamil hydrochloride, a lipophilic retardant Compritol? 888 ATO, a binder Prosolv? SMMC 90 and a lubricant magnesium stearate were prepared by direct compression method.
