Flora of the area eastern of the village of Křtiny

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou flóry stanoveného území o rozloze cca 19 km2, které se nachází v Jihomoravském kraji, v okresech Blansko a Vyškov, východním směrem od Křtin. V diplomové práce je popsána charakteristika přírodních poměrů studovaného území (geologické, geomorfologické, pedologické, klimatické a hydrologické poměry), fytogeografická charakteristika území a potenciální přirozená vegetace, která by se ve studovaném území měla vyskytovat. Dále je v práci popsána historie botanického výzkumu ve studovaném území a zpracována rešerše floristických dat pro stud. území. K tomu byly použity floristické bibliografie (Futák et Domin 1960 a následující bibliografie řady Bibliographia botanica Čechoslovaca). Podle literárních pramenů bylo ve studovaném území již dříve nalezeno přibližně 776 rostlin. druhů. Pro doplnění tohoto zjištění byla provedla excerpce údajů z Květeny ČR, přičemž bylo zjištěno, že by se ve studovaném území mohlo resp. mělo vyskytovat ještě dalších asi 176 rostlin. druhů. V sezónách 2007 a 2008 bylo ve studovaném území nalezeno 390 rostlinných druhů, z jejichž exemplářů byl sestaven dokladový herbář. Z tohoto počtu 367 druhů bylo již dříve nalezeno buď přímo ve studovaném území nebo v jeho blízkém okolí. Zbývajících 23 druhů nebylo doposud ve studovaném území ani jeho blízkém okolí nalezeno. Jsou to: Achillea cf. collina, Agrostis gigantea, Amaranthus powellii, Betula pubescens, Bromus erectus, Cardamine flexuosa, Carex contigua, Carex leersiana, Galeopsis bifida, Galinsoga quadriradiata, Galium valdepilosum, Lathyrus latifolius, Lolium multiflorum, Lunaria rediviva, Malus sylvestris, Potentilla rupestris (scan č. 1), Prunus insititia, Ranunculus polyanthemos, Scilla vindobonensis, Senecio jacobaea, Sisymbrium strictissimum, Ulmus glabra a Vicia tenuifolia. Z těchto 23 nově nalezených druhů jich 11 bylo uvedeno mezi rostlin. druhy, které byly zjištěny při excerpci údajů z Květeny ČR. Ze vzácnějších druhů, které byly ve studovaném území nalezeny stojí za zmínku např. Carex praecox, Carex pseudocyperus, Galium valdepilosum, Hieracium racemosum, Potentilla rupestris, Pulmonaria angustifolia, Saxifraga granulata a Trifolium alpestre. K určování rostlin. druhů byl použit ,,Klíč ke květeně České republiky“ (Kubát 2002).

Abstract:

Our thesis is dealed with analysis of flora research fields in the area cca 19 km2 situated in the South Moravian country in boundary of the former districts of Blansko and Vyškov, southern of the nearest larger village Křtiny. The characteristic of natural conditions of studied area is described in the thesis (geologic, geomorphologic pedologic, climatologic and hydrologic condition). Fytogeographic characteristic of area and potential natural vegetation should be occur in the studied area. Further the history of botanical research in the studied area is described in thesis. The recherche of floristic was processed in the thesis. Floristic bibliography (Futák et Domin 1960 and following bibliography series Bibliohraphia botanica Čechoslovaca) was used for this. Approximately 776 plant species have been found in the studied area according to literary data. The excerption of data of Květena ČR was proved for completion this findings. It was found other 176 plant species should be occur in the studied area. 390 plant species were found in the studied location in the season 2007 and 2008. From this discovery were documented the herbarium specimens. 23 plant species weren´t found to the now either in the studied location or in the near surroundings. There are: Achillea cf. collina, Agrostis gigantea, Amaranthus powellii, Betula pubescens, Bromus erectus, Cardamine flexuosa, Carex contigua, Carex leersiana, Galeopsis bifida, Galinsoga quadriradiata, Galium valdepilosum, Lathyrus latifolius, Lolium multiflorum, Lunaria rediviva, Malus sylvestris, Potentilla rupestris (scan n. 1), Prunus insititia, Ranunculus polyanthemos, Scilla vindobonensis, Senecio jacobaea, Sisymbrium strictissimum, Ulmus glabra a Vicia tenuifolia. From the rare species which were discovered in the studied location worth mentioning e.g. Carex praecox, Carex pseudocyperus, Galium valdepilosum, Hieracium racemosum, Potentilla rupestris, Pulmonaria angustifolia, Saxifraga granulata a Trifolium alpestre. “Klíč ke květeně České republiky” (Kubát 2002) was used for the recognize plant species.
