Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat základní techniky fundraisingu, zejména veřejnou sbírku. U veřejné sbírky je vymezena její legislativní problematika a popsány způsoby pořádání veřejné sbírky. V poslední části jsou porovnány podle různých hledisek sbírky pořádané v roce 2012 na základě dostupných statistických údajů. The objective of this thesis is to characterize the basic techniques of fundraising, especially public collection. The public collection is defined by its legislative issue and there are also described ways of organizing the public collections.
