Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na stanovení antifungální aktivity chirálních amidů na bázi (1S)-1-(-6-fluor-1,3-benzthiazol-2-yl)-3-(methylsulfanyl) propan-1-aminu u vybraných vláknitých mikroskopických hub. Cílem práce bylo stanovit minimální inhibiční koncentraci u testovaných derivátů pomocí agarové difúzní a diluční metody.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the determination of the antifungal activity of chiral amides based (1S) -1 - (- 6-fluoro-1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl) -3- (methylsulfanyl) propan-1-amine for the selected fungi. The objective was to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration in the tested derivatives using agar diffusion and dilution methods.
