History and Present of Death Penalty
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nejvyšší možné potrestání člověka za spáchané kriminální činy, které jsou v různých zemích odlišně definované a trestané, tedy o trestu smrti. Cílem vlastního výzkumu je zjištění, zdali se názor dotázaných respondentů na nejvyšší trest shoduje s uveřejněnými výsledky občanů České republiky.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the strictest punishment of a human being for committed criminal acts, which are defined and punished differently in various countries, thus on the capital punishment. The aim if this research is to find out if the respondents’ views of the capital punishment correspond with the Publisher results of Citizen of the Czech Republic.
