Abstract:
Cílem předkládané práce: „Veřejný zájem a instituce vyvlastnění“ je analýza institutu vyvlastnění jako nejzávažnějšího zásahu do vlastnického práva. Práce se zabývá jednotlivými podmínkami vyvlastnění s důrazem na veřejný zájem. Veřejný zájem je zkoumán jak z pohledu teorie, tak z pohledu práva. Závěrečná část stručně pojednává o možnostech právní obrany proti vyvlastnění

The goal of submitted thesis: „Public Interest and Instituion of Expropriation“ is to analyze the institution of expropriation as the most severe interference to the right of possession. The thesis deals with conditions of expropriation with an emphasis on public interest. The public interest is analyzed both from the perspective of theory and law.
