Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika v oblasti adaptace zaměstnanců. Praktická část, se zaměřuje na zaměstnance v Raiffeisenbank, a.s. a jejich pohled na vlastní adaptační proces jako celek. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the issue of employees adaptation. The practical part focuses on the staff at Raiffeisenbank, a.s. and their view of the own adaptation process. Collected information on selected issues are evaluated and compared with theoretical, so far known resource materials.
