Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je návrh analytickej aplikácie, ktorá bude slúžiť likvidátorom poisťovní na odhaľovanie duplicitných poistných udalostí. Práca zahŕňa analýzu dát pre poisťovne, analýzu podobných nástrojov, špecifikáciu aplikácie, rozbor prípadov použitia pomocou biznis procesov, ďalej návrh architektúry aplikácie a popis možností optimalizácie pri vyhľadávaní poistných podvodov.
