Dírect effect of WTO law in EC
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na přímý účinek práva Světové obchodní organizace (WTO) v Evropském společenství (ES). Zabývá také obecným vlivem práva WTO na vnější obchodní vztahy ES a obsahuje také některé z nejdůležitějších případů Evropského soudního dvora (ESD).
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the direct effect of World Trade Organization (WTO) law in European Community (EC). It also deals with the general influence of WTO law in EC international trade relations and also contains some of the most important cases of the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
