Tato práce se zabývá právním rámcem existence informačních systémů vedených Policií České republiky využitelných v trestním řízení. Ten je v užším vymezení dán zejména zákonem č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů a změně některých zákonů a zákonem č. 283/1991 Sb. o Policii České republiky. This paper deals with the legal framework of existence of information systems administered by the Police of the Czech Republic utilizable in criminal proceedings. That is in the narrower sense determined by the Act no. 101/2000 of Coll., on protection of personal data, as amended, and the Act no. 283/1991 of Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic.
