The graduation thesis deals with superficial hardness measurement of supplied components and sample evaluation by tools 6?. On the basis of defectiveness of these components it deals with searching for proposals of technological arrangements and a selection of a new supplier who is able to achieve demands for quality set by Black&decker company.
