Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a následné porovnání dvou podniků působících v rámci jednoho trhu s cílem zjistit, zda mohou být podnikové kultury rozdílné, i když působí na stejném trhu. Dílčími cíli je zjištění síly podnikových kultur obou podniků a také efektivita procesů zajišťujících zachovávání podnikové kultury. Oba podniky jsou charakterizovány dle typologie Camerona a Quinna, přičemž jsou využity i další metody jako interview, studium dokumentů a pozorování.

Abstract:

The subject of submitted thesis is the analysis and ensuing comparison of corporate cultures of two companies operating in the same business field. The main goal of the thesis is ascertainment whether corporate cultures from same business field have different culture. Partial goals of the thesis are measurement of corporate culture strength of both companies and the evaluation of the effectiveness of processes ensuring the corporate culture perpetuation in chosen companies. Both companies are described though Cameron and Quinn typology with the use of other methods such as interview, study of documents and observation.
