Feasibility Study of Horizontal Machining Centers with table from 400 to 800 mm

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci vypracovávám studii proveditelnosti horizontálního obráběcího centra pro firmu TAJMAC-ZPS, a. s.. Na základě teoretických pramenů se snažím vystihnout podstatu inovací a následně popisuji jednotlivé části studie proveditelnosti. V analytické části jsem ve stručnosti představila podnik, dále popisovala a hodnotila současný stav výrobku. Na základě analýzy trendů v odvětví a spolupráce s klíčovými zákazníky jsem zjistila mezeru na trhu a navrhla doporučení pro efektivní inovaci současného výrobku na trhu, které jsem posléze podložila finanční analýzou a analýzou rizik.

Abstract:

In my bachelor´s thesis, I´m elaborating the feasibility study of horizontal machining centre for TAJMAC-ZPS, a. s.. I have put an efford to hitting the main essentials of inovation process and description of particular parts of feasibility study based on theoretical sources. In the analytical part, I have briefly introduced the company, described and evaluated the current state of the product. By virtue of trend analysis in that line of business and cooperation with the main customer, I have recognised the market gap and suggested the recommendation for effective inovatoion of the current product which is on the market now, this was supported by financial analysis and analysis of business risks.
