Meta-analýza, ktorá kombinuje dáta z viacerých štúdií, je dôležitým nástrojom analýzy dát z microarray experimentov. Implementácia metód pre meta-analýzu je často nedostupná alebo poskytuje len niekoľko málo metód bez schopnosti vizualizovať a kombinovať výsledky z rozdielnych metód. Meta-analysis is a powerful tool for analyzing microarray experiments by combining data from multiple studies. Currently, the implementation of the methods of meta-analysis is often unavailable or offers only a few methods in one package without ability to visualize and combine results from different methods.
