Diplomová práce se zabývá vysokým školstvím v České republice, se zaměřením na jeho samosprávnou funkci. Nejsou opomenuty ani evropské standardy a doporučení v oblasti terciárního vzdělávání. The diploma thesis deals with the higher education in Czech Republic, especially with its self-governing function. There are not omitted European standards and recommendations whitin the field of higher education.
